Help Helps CIC provides wellbeing support, emotional guidance, signposting, and assistance with completing forms such as PIP, Blue Badge, council applications, and general benefit-related documents.

We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or crisis-response services, and our support is not a replacement for professional therapy or emergency support.

Appointments & Cancellations

Booking

All appointments are booked online through our scheduling system.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before may not be refunded.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment, it may be recorded as a missed session and will not be refunded.

Payments

All fees for guidance sessions or form-filling services must be paid in advance.
Fees are clearly displayed during booking.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Help Helps CIC handles your personal information in accordance with:

We keep your information confidential except where:

  • You consent to sharing
