Speaking Up Is Not Snitching

Many children, young people and even adults stay silent because they fear being labelled a "snitch" or believe they will get someone into trouble.
We created Speaking Up Is Not Snitching to help change that mindset. The video encourages people to understand that speaking up about abuse, bullying, neglect or anything that makes them feel unsafe is an act of courage, not betrayal. By telling a trusted adult or seeking help, they are protecting themselves and potentially preventing harm to others.
At Help Helps CIC, we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, heard and supported. Through this awareness video, we hope to empower individuals to recognise when something isn't right and to understand that asking for help is always the right thing to do.
